Walking along the River Thames one day, I stopped when I realized I was standing opposite what once was a site project that I had spent several weeks meticulously installing the kitchen and utility room. This new build project had taken months to construct from the foundations up. It involved me visiting the site at various stages, measuring, partaking in site meetings, dry-fitting two kitchens and managing a team of other trades people.
The project was led by the site manager, an architect (Concept Eight), the kitchen design studio I worked for (Onestà) and myself. I was an integral part of the team that manifested it. This "project" now looked well and truly like a home. I took this photo to add to the many I have taken for the project's duration.
