Kitchen with Fenix / lacquered fronts plus utility room

This is the manifested home. It wasn't standard and had some heavy elements that required special preparation to achieve. The dining table, being attached to the island, and made from 60mm thick solid wood from Spekva, needed a very stable base due to its weight. I had to plan and change the standard method of installing the island to firmly secure it to the floor. A similar challenge was presented with the island back panels and drawers, which were clad with man-made quartz stone slabs to match the worktop.
